Mooring wire rope products have high manufacturing requirements. It is basically monopolized by foreign steel wire rope manufacturers. my country's steel wire rope manufacturers are restricted by various constraints, such as lack of large-scale single-strand steel wire rope twisting equipment, lack of large-scale tensile test equipment, lack of large-scale steel wire rope thick plastic coating equipment, high strength and large specifications The production problem of rope wire. The transportation of large-size steel wire ropes is difficult, so that there are very few domestic companies that can produce such high-tech steel wire ropes. However, this status quo has attracted great attention from some domestic steel wire rope manufacturers.

Introduce the background, necessity, formulation process and main content of the development of the GB/T33364-2016 national standard for marine engineering mooring wire ropes.

The two main terms of mobile mooring and long-term mooring in marine engineering mooring are defined, and the content of order and technical requirements for marine engineering mooring wire ropes are formulated. The standard mainly includes three types of steel wire ropes: 6-strand steel wire rope, single-strand steel wire rope and fully sealed steel wire rope. The nominal diameter is determined to be 52-160 mm. The standard stipulates that the technical requirements of round steel wire (including center steel wire, filler steel wire and rope core steel wire) before rope making should meet the mechanical performance requirements of YB/T 5343. The coating of round steel wire refers to ASTM A586 Class A, and the special-shaped steel wire refers to EN 10264-3. . YB/T 5343 standard is not adopted for the small weight of the steel wire in the steel wire rope, because the steel wire rope for marine engineering mooring requires high anti-corrosion performance. Therefore, the coating weight of the 6-strand steel wire rope and the single-strand steel wire rope adopts ASTM A586 Class A for reference, and the Z-shaped steel wire in the fully sealed steel wire rope refers to the static use of Class AB coating in the EN10264-3 standard. There is only one kind of steel core for the 6-strand steel wire rope core. A core composed of an independent steel wire rope (IWRC). Wire strand core (WSC) for single-strand wire rope and fully sealed wire rope.

The wire rope grease for marine engineering mooring should have good lubrication and anti-corrosion properties. Therefore, the current wire rope grease standard NB/SH/T0387 is not directly used, but based on the current market high-performance wire rope requirements for grease. The technical indicators of the grease: the dropping point should not be lower than 85℃, the kinematic viscosity should not be lower than 100 mm2/s (100℃), the penetration degree should not be lower than 130 (1/10mm), the adhesion rate should not be lower than 95%, Other relevant technical requirements and test methods should comply with the regulations of NB/SH/T 0387 or user requirements.

In the national standard GB/T33364—2016 of wire ropes for marine engineering mooring, the six-strand wire ropes in Table B.1 to Table B.7 in Appendix B list 16 typical structures, and the single-strand wire rope lists 1×127, 1× There are 6 types of 169, 1×217, 1×271, 1×331, 1×397~1×547. The sealed steel wire rope lists three-layer, four-layer, five-layer fully sealed steel wire rope and six-layer and above fully sealed steel wire ropes. There are 2 categories of wire ropes.
